I've only been to one Wienerschnitzel and it's the one located in Highland Park. What I like about this place is the "home-ish" design of the shop and that it's known for hotdogs.
I'm giving this a 4/5 because of its easy to choose from the menu, where I've tried their chili cheese fries, one of their special hot dogs, and strawberry lemonade! The strawberry lemonade is very refreshing, but can be a tad bit sweet. And the chili cheese fries are really something to crave while you're just chilling on the couch. Heh.
Overall, it's one of the top 10 less overrated fast food places I would go for hot dogs and fries. -

I like how they try to hide that they were closed down for vermin infestation.
Look through the photos. It is there. -

I've heard nothing but good things about this place. I did see the negative reviews and the only thing I agree with is the area this location is in is terrible. But for the food I picked up the junk yard dog. It was excellent and cheap the taste of the beef was nice and didn't feel cheap. The chili really is what made the dog come together it was packed with so much favor. The fries in the hot dog where the perfect crisp and not to salty. I will definitely be returning back Before I leave to go back home.

I went in with a coupon that Wienerschnitzel sent to my phone for a free Brat with a purchase for 10/1/18. The lady wouldn't take it, I'm pretty sure it's the owner. She said I had to print it out! Ridiculous, I've even used e-coupons on my phone at this place before. Take the Coupons that Wienerschnitzel Sent to My Phone, jeez!
The lady said: No Paper, No Paper!
I asked, so you don't want my business?
She said: No!
I can't believe it! Why send me a coupon to my phone if you won't take it?!? Horrible! I'll go to Pink's or Carney's or just any street vendor that sells a hot dog with grilled onions and bacon, much better dogs, better service, with a smile! She was SO RUDE! Man, how are these people still in business?!? -

I came in with 2 coupons for free chili dogs. One for my birthday the other for my anniversary of signing up on their website. The woman behind the counter (probably the owner) was terrible, reading and re-reading the fine print, acting like I was trying to rip her off. Like another yelp mentioned she said it had to be printed out (even though it doesn't say that). I walked away with 1 free chili dog, but won't go back.
